Haroset in a Hurry

Think of this as the "who the heck is making the haroset?" haroset recipe.

The ingredients are super-simple:

-jarred applesauce
-store-bought crushed walnuts
-sweet red wine

Mix to taste. Instant haroset!

I also make matza lasagna for Passover, but I've found that wetting the matza lightly before placing it in the pan softens it nicely.
Good recipe though, I like the addition of spinach.
